| 沥青泵的故障与排除方法，保温泵适用于输送介质温度350℃，粘度不大于200mm2/s,不含固体颗粒的沥青、石腊等各类在常温下有凝固性以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合。 The insulation pump is suitable for the occasions where the temperature of the conveying medium is 350 ℃, the viscosity is not more than 200mm2 / s, the asphalt and paraffin without solid particles have solidifying property at normal temperature, and the outdoor installation and process in high cold areas require thermal insulation. 一、保温泵、沥青泵不出油 1、 Insulation pump and asphalt pump do not produce oil 1、进出口阀门未打开，进出管道堵塞，流道叶轮堵塞;检查、去处堵塞物。 2、电机运动方向不对，电机缺相，转数很慢;调整电机方向，紧固电机接线。 3、吸入管漏气;拧紧各密封面，排除空气。 1. The inlet and outlet valves are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, and the runner impeller is blocked; check and remove the blockage. 2. The motor movement direction is wrong, the motor phase is missing, and the speed is very slow; adjust the motor direction and tighten the motor wiring. 3. Air leakage of suction pipe; tighten all sealing surfaces to eliminate air. 4、泵没灌满液体，泵腔内有空气;打开泵上盖或打开排气阀，排尽空气。 4.
