1、橡胶衬套与转子之间压力过大

在实际运动过程中,橡胶衬套与转子之间处于过盈状态,充分利用过盈接触,能够减少流体漏失。但是,当受到内壁压力、密封腔室间压差等因素影响时,接触压力下降,产生泄漏,从而降低设备密封性。

However, when the pressure of the inner wall and the pressure difference between the sealing chambers are affected, the contact pressure decreases, resulting in leakage, which reduces the sealing performance of the equipment.
2、橡胶衬套剪切应力

在过盈配合作用影响下,变形抗力在衬套与密封位置产生接触应力,确保相邻两个腔室间密封。设备在运行过程中,转子与液压力之间会产生剪切力,一旦超过橡胶材料强度,势必会撕裂橡胶衬套,从而产生漏失,难以满足生产需求。

During the operation of the equipment, the shear force between the rotor and the hydraulic pressure will occur. Once the strength of the rubber material exceeds, it will tear the rubber bushing, resulting in leakage, which is difficult to meet the production needs.

疲劳失效主要是在交变应力作用影响下形成的,一般表现为低应力脆性断裂,且局部性质发生改变。长时间使用后,使得橡胶材料性能发生变化而产生漏失问题,难以满足实际工作要求,因此,设备结构对于设备密封性具有直接影响。

After a long period of use, the rubber material performance changes, resulting in leakage problems, which is difficult to meet the actual working requirements. Therefore, the equipment structure has a direct impact on the sealing of the equipment.
